She is a licensed pharmacist, mentor, and oncology medical affairs fellow with a dynamic background spanning clinical research, business operations, and strategic launch readiness. She has led investigational study start-ups at a hospital, facilitated high-level oncology meetings, and supported REMS operations within the pharmaceutical industry. Passionate about mentorship and advocacy, Dr. Wilson has guided minority students into pharmacy school, delivered C.E. presentations to pharmacists, and spoken at youth events to promote the profession. She also brings a strong marketing perspective through her leadership roles with IPhO and the Howard/GSK Fellowship Program, and maintains brand partnerships with Fabletics and MembersOnly Scrubs. Through PharmaKi Coaching, she empowers aspiring pharmacy professionals through personalized coaching, interview prep, and CV development.
